This video presents the tragedy of Heba, who was subjected to a chemical acid attack in 2010 by her fiancé. The video was produced as part of a campaign launched by Tadwein for Gender Studies in 2017 to raise awareness about the crime of disfiguring women’s bodies using corrosive substances or acid, as a form of violence against women.
