Final Conference for the study Violence among Young People in Poor Areas in Greater Cairo: Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)

Tadwein for Gender Studies is launching its study “Violence among Young People in Greater Cairo”. It is a quantitative study with a representative sample of Greater Cairo (3285 households). The study investigated different forms of violence experienced or perpetrated by young people such as domestic violence, violence at school, workplace, FGM, IPV, and other forms). The study is supported by International_Development_Research_Centr (IDRC)
On February the 17th and in accordance with the international day of zero tolerance to FGM, Tadwein presents the study’s findings on FGM through a virtual meeting that gathers international experts in the field.
